Evening · Magnimore Plus 60: Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, 2 hours after dinner.

Before bed · Passiflora Plus: Take 1 tablet 30–60 minutes before bed, preferably with a full glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of each product. Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Passiflora Plus contains valerian, passionflower and lemon balm extracts, which are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor before use.

Sedative medication: Valerian, passionflower and lemon balm may enhance the effect of sedative or sleep-inducing medication. Do not combine with sedatives, anxiolytics or alcohol without medical advice.

Driving and operating machinery: Because of the calming botanicals in Passiflora Plus, take care when driving or operating heavy machinery, particularly at the start of use.

Medication interactions: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any prescription medication, particularly CNS-active or psychiatric medication.
