What is LifeXtra OnHepa?
LifeXtra OnHepa is a comprehensive botanical food supplement formulated to support liver health and normal liver function. Each capsule combines a broad spectrum of plant extracts and nutrients — including Silybin Phospholipid Complex, Artichoke Leaf Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, Broccoli Extract, Choline, Glycine, L-Cysteine, Alpha-GPC, Taurine, and Berberis Extract — in a single daily dose.
The formula centres around Silybin Phospholipid Complex (Siliphos®), in which Silybin — the primary active constituent of Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) — is bound to phosphatidylcholine to enhance its absorption. This is complemented by well-known botanicals traditionally used to support digestive and liver function, alongside amino acids and choline, which contributes to normal lipid metabolism in the liver.
Food supplements should be used responsibly and in accordance with individual dietary needs.
How to Use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C), out of reach of children.

Allergens & Suitability
Contains soy (phosphatidylcholine is typically soy-derived). Not suitable for individuals with a soy allergy unless the phosphatidylcholine source is confirmed to be soy-free — please check with the manufacturer.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding: This product contains multiple botanical extracts including Berberis (Barberry). Berberis extracts are not recommended during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Medication interactions: Berberis (Berberine) may interact with certain medications including antibiotics, blood sugar-lowering drugs, and anticoagulants. Artichoke and Dandelion extracts may interact with bile-related medications. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any medication.
Gallstones or bile duct obstruction: Artichoke and Dandelion extracts stimulate bile production. This product is not recommended for individuals with bile duct obstruction or gallstones without prior medical advice.
