The formula combines essential vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, and functional compounds — including Panax Ginseng Extract, L-Theanine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Inositol and Coenzyme Q10 — alongside a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

Active, bioavailable forms are used throughout: Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P), Vitamin B2 as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (R-5-P), Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin, Folate as Methylfolate, Iron as Iron Bisglycinate, and Zinc as Zinc Bisglycinate — forms chosen for their superior absorption and tolerability compared to standard alternatives.

Allergens & Suitability

Pregnancy & breastfeeding: This product contains Panax Ginseng extract, which is not recommended during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Iron: This product contains 14 mg of iron, meeting 100% of the NRV. Iron supplements should be kept out of reach of children. Do not take alongside other iron-containing supplements. Individuals with haemochromatosis or other iron metabolism disorders should not use this product without medical advice.

Blood-thinning medication: Vitamin K2 may interact with anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or acenocoumarol. Consult your doctor if you are taking such medication.

Vitamin A: Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant should be aware that excessive Vitamin A intake may be harmful to the unborn child. Do not combine with other Vitamin A supplements.

Medication interactions: Panax Ginseng may interact with anticoagulants, antidiabetic medications, and stimulants. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any medication.
