What is Krilom QH?
Krilom QH is a premium food supplement combining high-quality krill oil with Kaneka® Ubiquinol — the active, body-ready form of Coenzyme Q10 — in a single softgel capsule. Each capsule delivers 850 mg of krill oil providing 476 mg of total phospholipids, 229.5 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (including 127.5 mg EPA and 59.5 mg DHA), 59.5 mg of choline, and 72.25 µg of naturally occurring Astaxanthin, alongside 100 mg of Kaneka® Ubiquinol.
The Omega-3 fatty acids in krill oil are naturally bound to phospholipids, and the oil naturally contains both choline and Astaxanthin. This is complemented by a full 100 mg dose of Kaneka® Ubiquinol — the reduced, active form of CoQ10 that the body produces and uses directly.
Food supplements should be used responsibly and in accordance with individual dietary needs.
How to Use
Take 1 softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C), out of reach of children.

The krill oil used in Krilom QH is sustainably sourced from Antarctic krill and naturally contains phospholipid-bound Omega-3 fatty acids, choline, and Astaxanthin. Kaneka® Ubiquinol is a patented, clinically studied form of CoQ10 produced through a natural fermentation process.
The product does not contain artificial additives, colours, or preservatives. Product communication focuses on transparency and factual, ingredient-based information.
Allergens & Suitability
Contains crustaceans (krill). Not suitable for individuals with an allergy or intolerance to crustaceans or shellfish.
Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. The softgel capsule shell is of animal origin (gelatin) and the product contains krill oil derived from Antarctic krill.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Blood-thinning medication: Omega-3 fatty acids from krill oil may have a mild blood-thinning effect. Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or acenocoumarol.
CoQ10 and medication: If you are taking statins or other medications that may affect CoQ10 levels, consult your doctor before use.
