TAB Vitamins Multi is a comprehensive liquid multivitamin and mineral supplement delivering 20 essential nutrients in a convenient 10 ml daily serving. The syrup format makes it an ideal choice for those who prefer not to swallow tablets or capsules, while still providing a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil in a single daily dose.

Each 10 ml serving provides fish oil with 175 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (including 90 mg EPA and 60 mg DHA), alongside a full range of vitamins including C, D3, E, A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, and Folate as Methylfolate, plus key minerals including Zinc, Manganese, Iodine, Selenium, and Molybdenum. Active forms are used where applicable: Vitamin B2 as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (R-5-P), Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P), Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin, and Folate as Methylfolate.

Allergens & Suitability

Contains fish. Not suitable for individuals with an allergy or intolerance to fish or fish products.

Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. This product contains fish oil. Vitamin D3 is typically derived from lanolin (sheep's wool).

Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Pregnant women should be aware that excessive Vitamin A intake may be harmful to the unborn child. Do not combine with other Vitamin A supplements.

Blood-thinning medication: Omega-3 fatty acids may have a mild blood-thinning effect. Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or acenocoumarol.

Vitamin D3: The daily dose of 400 IU (10 µg) is within the safe upper level established for adults. Do not combine with other Vitamin D supplements without monitoring your total daily intake.
